And, while we're at it, let's also take some time to read the publications and blogs that reach our customers. This is about an understanding of markets, the needs of people, and how to reach them. "<br/><br/>Seriously. It seems so common sense, but no one is saying it, let along doing it.<br/><br/>Enjoy the book, btw. This ought to be plastered on the wall of every media company:
