		<description>I could not agree more. Social media guidelines should empower employees to use social media not restrict it! I recently started compiling examples of social media guidelines that hospitals and health systems have been adopting. There are some great health systems like the Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic that are doing a great job of empowering vs. controlling.
