Studying the impact of innovation on business and society

In an era of Digital Darwinism, no business is too big to fail or too small to succeed

In an era of Digital Darwinism, no business is too big to fail or too small to succeed…this is your time.

Many follow, but very few lead.
Many compete to survive, but few compete for relevance.
Do we listen to our customers? Do we truly understand them?
Do we create experiences or do we simply react?
The future of business comes down to one word…change.
This is a new era that redefines everything.
An era of empowered consumers and employees.
Will we fall to natural selection or will we rise to lead the revolution.
This is our time to make business relevant.
Because people, after all, are everything.

  1. Excellent video, Brian. Yes, change is inevitable and businesses, as well as individuals need to understand. Myself included.

  2. Love the comment “do we create experiences or simply react?” Being proactive in providing a rich customer experience is doable by any size business these days. Using Social Media to engage and educate is one way!

Powerful statements Brian – an era of powerful consumers and employees.  And yet, there are some people still don’t ‘get it’ or want to.  It is becoming more and more interesting to see who actually does adapt and change.  More to come I suppose…

Everyday the divide between those who get it and those who don’t becomes wider. Not all is lost, for some of us will traverse the gap to bring the right people along.

  5. I feel immeasurably wiser after that. Thanks 🙂

  6. “Do we listen to our customers? Do we truly understand them?”I don’t count how many times I already had to fight with clients to let them understand they need to listen and provide the information/service their customers needs.

It goes without saying that this is powerful content, but I love how you have formatted your verbiage into a sort of poem.  Killer video.
